Your Agreement with takabata
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the takabata platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Age Verification
All players must be at least 18 years of age. takabata enforces mandatory identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. takabata will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Report suspected account breaches immediately to our support team.
Single Account Policy
Each player may hold exactly one account on takabata. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts shared with family members at the same address — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Taka Transactions
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). takabata supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for instant transfers. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
Bonus Wagering
All bonuses credited to your takabata account are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Fair Play Commitment
takabata employs certified RNG systems and anti-fraud monitoring. Any attempt to exploit software errors, collude with other players, use automation tools, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and full investigation.
General Terms
The following provisions apply to all aspects of your relationship with takabata and form the foundational framework for all other sections of this document.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the takabata website, mobile site, or any associated application, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed account registration.
takabata reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. All communications between takabata and players shall be conducted in English or Bengali as preferred by the player, but the English text of these Terms is the authoritative legal document.
1.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never existed.
1.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific game rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and takabata with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings whether oral or written.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
takabata is strictly an adults-only platform. Meeting the eligibility criteria below is a prerequisite for account registration and ongoing use.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, claim a bonus, or withdraw funds from takabata. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. takabata may request documentary evidence of age at any time, and account access will be suspended pending satisfactory verification.
If it is determined that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, takabata will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, forfeit all bonuses claimed, and return only the net deposit amount (deposits minus withdrawals already made) to the payment method used, subject to verification.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
takabata primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. It is the responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using the takabata platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited do so at their own risk. takabata accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player accessing the platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.
2.3 Personal Capacity
You confirm that you are not registering on behalf of any third party, that you are acting in your own name and with your own funds, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or other restriction that prohibits you from gambling. Registering while subject to a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Staff and Associates
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of takabata and its technology and payment partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gambling on the platform. Any such account discovered will be closed immediately without compensation.
Account Registration
Creating a takabata account is straightforward, but carries obligations regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
3.1 Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
takabata operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash/Nagad/Rocket account showing your name and number)
Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed. takabata will process submitted KYC documents within two business days and notify you of the outcome via email or live chat.
3.3 One Account Per Player
Each player may register and operate exactly one account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated across the duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
3.4 Account Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. takabata recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-step SMS verification, which is available in your account security settings. takabata accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.5 Updating Account Information
You must promptly notify takabata of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your mobile number, email address, or residential address. Updates can be requested via the live chat support team. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or temporary account restrictions.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on takabata are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via locally supported payment methods. The terms below govern how funds move into and out of your account.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
takabata currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, and selected bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual methods may change without prior notice. Always confirm the current available methods within your account dashboard.
4.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
- Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction (subject to payment provider limits)
- Daily deposit limit: ৳1,000,000 (standard accounts)
Players may voluntarily reduce their deposit limits at any time from the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases to self-imposed limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
- Maximum single withdrawal: ৳300,000 per transaction
- Daily withdrawal limit: ৳600,000 (standard verified accounts)
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
- Any active bonus balance must have its wagering requirement met before real-money withdrawal is permitted
4.4 Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your takabata account in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful mobile payment. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within an average of three minutes for fully verified accounts with no pending bonus wagering obligations. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
4.5 Own Funds Requirement
You warrant that all funds deposited to your takabata account belong solely to you, are from a legitimate source, and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. takabata reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns, in compliance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
4.6 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. takabata will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying dormancy procedures. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month will be deducted from any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed. Reactivation is possible at any time by contacting support.
Bonuses & Promotions
takabata offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms below in addition to any specific conditions attached to individual promotions.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses credited to a takabata account are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion description. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before any funds derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets. Bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash only upon full completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified takabata account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and account closure.
5.3 Reload and Recurring Promotions
Ongoing promotions including weekly reload bonuses, free spins on featured slots, and enhanced odds on BPL and T20 match days are available to active verified players. Eligibility criteria for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. takabata reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies
The following activities are prohibited in connection with bonus offers and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure:
- Placing opposing bets (hedging) designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk
- Systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play
- Using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contributions without placing corresponding real-money bets
- Participating in bonus offers in coordination with other players to guarantee profit
5.5 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation. Bonus expiry dates are displayed in the Promotions section of your account dashboard.
Betting & Game Rules
The following rules govern the placement of bets and the conduct of casino games on the takabata platform. These rules apply to all game types including sports betting, live casino, slots, and virtual sports.
6.1 Bet Confirmation
A bet is confirmed and binding once the takabata platform has acknowledged it with a bet receipt or confirmation code. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. takabata will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of player error except in cases of manifest system error.
6.2 Odds and Pricing
Sports betting odds displayed on takabata are determined by our trading team and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the exact moment you confirm the bet. takabata offers decimal odds as the default format; other formats may be available in your account settings.
6.3 Void Bets
A bet may be voided under the following circumstances:
- The event to which the bet relates is cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window (typically 24 hours for cricket and football)
- Manifest pricing errors where odds were published due to a technical fault and were clearly incorrect
- Events affected by proven match-fixing where the outcome is declared void by the relevant governing body
- Bets placed after an event or market outcome has already been determined (late betting)
In all voided bet scenarios, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
6.4 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international football. In-play odds update in real time and bets placed during live events are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of real-time data advantages. takabata reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its sole discretion.
6.5 Casino Game Rules
Each casino game available on the takabata platform is governed by its own set of rules as published by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Players are advised to review the individual game rules accessible from the game lobby before wagering real money. Game outcomes for all RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
6.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game and betting market. takabata reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits at its sole discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play inconsistent with normal recreational use.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the takabata platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities. takabata is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or play games on your behalf.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
- Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks through a payment provider after funds have been used for gambling. All chargeback claims will be defended, and accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended.
- Abuse of Support: Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language towards customer support team members. takabata reserves the right to terminate support sessions and restrict account access in response to abusive conduct.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended features in the platform software to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage gambling by sharing account credentials with a minor.
Account Closure & Termination
Either you or takabata may close your account. The conditions and consequences of account closure differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your takabata account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support at takabata. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳500) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Closure by takabata
takabata reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Failed or incomplete KYC verification
- Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider
- Abusive conduct directed at staff or other players
- Account inactivity exceeding 36 months with a zero balance
In cases of closure due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, takabata is not obligated to return any balance pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation clears the account of wrongdoing, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, all access to the platform is revoked. Pending bets placed before closure will be settled according to their outcomes; winnings from settled bets placed prior to closure will be paid to the player's verified payment method unless the closure is due to a breach of these Terms. These Terms continue to apply to all transactions that occurred prior to account closure.
8.4 Re-Registration After Closure
Players who have voluntarily closed their account for non-responsible-gaming reasons may re-register after a minimum cooling-off period of 72 hours. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. takabata uses technical measures to prevent re-registration during active self-exclusion periods, but players are also obligated not to attempt re-registration in good faith.
